Pre-reservation
We will hold the selected flat for you free of charge for 3 working days, so that you can take your time to consult and decide.
Reservation
Signing of the reservation agreement and payment of a fee of CZK 400,000 (subsequently deducted from the purchase price).
Future purchase agreement
1st payment: 10 % of the purchase price is paid after signing the future purchase agreement. 2nd payment: the remaining 90 % of the purchase price is paid once the unit is completed.
Purchase agreement
Signing of the purchase agreement and transfer of the unit in the Land Registry.
